All Clients are required to sign the Client Permission and Release form, either via hard copy or digitally (PDF link to form is below).

To reserve your time and date, I must have this signed form along with an initial payment for services of $100  within a week from setting up your photoshoot date.  For any group photo shoot, the "Client" is the person who initiates the group photo shoot and will be the responsible party signing for all participants. 

This is not applicable for the mini session; Mini Sessions require a $30 initial payment for services.

Initial Payment Of Services, please read to understand: The $100 initial payment for services is NOT a deposit, it is required to reserve your spot so that I will not book someone else.  It is NOT refundable but I WILL, in case you have to cancel, allow a second photoshoot to be booked if you cancel no later than two days before your photoshoot.  The Initial Payment Of Services WILL go towards the total cost of your shoot after we have provided you with the service. If you do not cancel within the allowed timeframe, or if you cancel a second time, you will not be able to receive your initial payment of $100 back.



Photoshoot Pricing:

We now are offering 2 packages for "portraiture style" photo shoots.

"Portraiture style" photo shoots are considered: Formal portraits, baby bumps, engagement, family, pets, boudoir, prom, model portfolios, and senior portraits.

Package 1:  Up to 2 hours of shoot time

                    15 fully edited digital images

                     5 "sheets" of prints

Change of clothing is allowed as well as change of location.


Package 2:  Up to 1 hour of shoot time

                     8 fully edited digital images

                     3 "sheets" of prints

Change of clothing is allowed as well as change of location.                                               Please note though that a change of clothing or location will be cutting into the one hour timeframe.


Your digital images will be professionally edited for color balance, clarity, exposure, contrast, removal of any distracting elements and skin/hair touchups.

Portraiture style photoshoots will also include normal special effects (black and white, sepia, painting effect) at your request on any of your digital image choices.  I can also try and improve any facial expressions at your request.

Special effects are not included with the mini sessions.


Simple BACKDROP changes/ color changes has an up-charge of $7.00 per image.

"Enhanced" special effects (example removing the subject and placing them in a different "atmosphere") has an up-charge of $15 per image.

Digital images are cropped to 11x14 by default. You may add more digital images to your package price at $10 each.  

Please note that we do not guarantee the quality of any prints that you have printed yourself.  We use a local, high quality photo lab when printing your images for you.  Print prices are listed in the document below for any extra prints you may like.



Special pricing is $60 for 20 minutes and is for (1) “subject” only per mini session. (“Subject” will be 1 person or 2 people in the same shot; not each individually separate. If you want each individual separate you will be required to pay an extra $50)  This will be on location in Portage or Lake Station or at our new studio located downstairs in The Miller School Shops- 665 South Lake Street, Miller, IN 

The session will include (3) standard fully edited digital images with a right to print form. (Your digital images will be professionally edited for color balance, clarity, exposure, contrast, removal of any distracting elements.) Images received are at the discretion of the photographer.  You will receive your images within 1 week after the shoot. No prints are included in this offer if shot ON LOCATION, although if you would like HSP to have your images printed, you will incur an extra charge of $15 per sheet. Any mini session at the studio will receive 3 sheets of prints.

$60.00  There is a $30 initial payment of services needed to secure your day and time. The balance is due at the photoshoot.

Your digital images will be professionally edited for color balance, clarity, exposure, contrast, removal of any distracting elements. 



Head Shots are billed at $150 an hour and is the cost for 1 - 4 clients. Additional clients over the first four during the same hour is billed at $30 per client.  For reference, I can probably shoot 15-20 clients during the first hour if everyone is ready.  Each client will receive 1 image cropped to the dimensions specified by client; on the background color specified by client.  Any background changes after the shoot will incur a cost of $7.00 per image. All images will be fully edited and touched up.

Business: Website or Portfolio: is billed at $150 an hour; you will receive up to 15 fully edited digital images and will be able to purchase prints at a reduced cost if you choose to have us print images for a print portfolio. 


"Parties" are billed at $145 an hour for the first three hours; $100.00 an hour after that. We bill for full hours only.  You will receive all usable images of each special moment captured, or non-essential moments examples: decorations or venue shots.  These images will be professionally edited for color balance, clarity, exposure, contrast, and cropped but with no special effects or skin/hair touchups except for up to 20 individual “portrait style” images taken during the party.

Examples of "parties" are: graduations, baby showers, milestone birthdays, small weddings or "Garden" Style Weddings only.  This is the cost of shooting the party only; any prints you may want are billed separately.
